Human Sacrifice: Can Someone Die for Your Sins?

The foundation of the Church stands on its core doctrine that the blood of a unique human sacrifice alone expiates iniquity and reconciles man with God. According to this teaching, Jesus’ death covers the iniquities only of the believers as a human sacrifice. The rest of sinful mankind, the New Testament claims, can do nothing to merit redemption.
